Together we can transform the future of health and leave a positive impact on the world! **Employee Type** Trust **Job Objective** Supervise that the branches under responsibility operate according to established processes and policies and implement corresponding corrective actions for detected failures or deviations. **Responsibilities and Activities** * Verify achievement of sales targets set by the company and manage implementation of actions and indicators focused on commercial/operational efficiency of assigned pharmacies. * Supervise activities necessary to achieve an appropriate level of customer service. * Inspect compliance with corporate image standards required for Farmacia La Paz branches. * Supervise compliance with processes, operational policies, and regulations of assigned pharmacies. * Request and efficiently manage material resources for assigned branches according to policies and processes. * Ensure proper inventory control in each of the assigned branches. * Carry out activities related to personnel management. Experience * Branch or multi-point supervision. 2 years * Personnel management. 2 years Knowledge * Customer service. * Inventory and warehouse control. * Intermediate Office package skills (pivot tables, indicators, charts, etc.). Education Bachelor's degree **Complementary Profile** * Pharmaceutical industry. * Indicator management. * Health regulation.
