Job Summary: Coordinate the execution of the delivery program with carriers and planners, ensuring efficient use of resources under optimal safety and operational conditions. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervise loading and unloading operations. 2. Control and retrieve shipping documentation. 3. Ensure compliance with the rollover prevention plan. **We are hiring! \| Logistics Analyst** -------------------------------------------------- **Location:** Culiacán, Sinaloa. ### **Purpose of the Position** Coordinate the execution of the **delivery program** with carriers and planners, ensuring efficient use of resources (personnel and equipment) under **optimal safety and operational conditions**, as well as compliance with **local and federal transportation regulations** ✅ ### **️** **Main Responsibilities** Supervise loading and unloading operations and maneuvers (hooking/unhooking tractors and tank trucks). Control and retrieve **shipping documentation (delivery notes)** for proper billing management. Support operators in **trip initiation and delivery note closure**. Verify equipment conditions (tractors and tank trucks) and channel requirements for **preventive or corrective maintenance**. Supervise **personnel and equipment appearance** (uniforms, presentation, physical condition of equipment). Communicate to personnel any **changes in the trip schedule** (additions or cancellations). Ensure each unit operates at the **maximum permitted capacity**, complying with traffic laws and hazardous materials transportation regulations. Guarantee compliance with the **rollover prevention plan** (pre\-trip card, medical examination, coaching, pre- and post-trip checks). Report any **possible adverse reaction to medical gas** or safety-related issues concerning medical devices (Medigas / Linde). Ensure personnel possess **valid current training in Pharmacovigilance and Technovigilance**. ### **Requirements** **Education:** Bachelor’s degree **Experience (minimum 2 years in):** * ️ Forklift operation (Mandatory) * ️ Scheduling of out-of-town routes * ️ Scheduling of local routes * ️ Driver management * ️ Customer service ### **Technical Competencies** Knowledge of automotive transport products and equipment Proficiency in PC, Office, and Windows environment Knowledge of **SCT regulations** for hazardous materials ### **What We Offer?
