TRAFFIC AND LOGISTICS MANAGER

Job Summary: Coordinate and optimize transportation routes, manage drivers and vehicles, and ensure operational efficiency and customer service. Key Highlights: 1. Analysis and tracking of operational metrics **Requirements**: * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics Engineering and/or related field * Experience: Minimum 5 years in the transportation industry, preferably **Responsibilities**: · Map and optimize end-to-end transportation routes with each driver. · Analyze and report incidents occurring during routes. · Review and control documentation required for route departure; as well as review all items the driver must carry personally to deliver quality customer service. · Assign trips. · Balance route assignments among all drivers. · Manage driver-related administrative tasks including shifts, permits, vacations, medical leaves, hiring, termination, and on-duty schedules. · Maintain a team of operators focused on service and vehicle care. · Analyze and track fuel consumption per vehicle and per operator. · Control and schedule expenses and/or allowances, as well as verify such expenses per route and assigned driver. · Ensure daily, timely, and proper dispatch of routes, assigning operators and vehicles accordingly. · Generate reports to evaluate departmental performance, key indicators, and improvement opportunities.} We Offer: Benefits exceeding statutory requirements Grocery vouchers Life insurance Savings fund Position Type: Full-time Salary: $24,000.00 per month Benefits: * Savings account * Employee discount * Discounts and preferential pricing * Option for indefinite-term contract * Life insurance * Company phone * Grocery vouchers Education: * Completed bachelor’s degree (Mandatory) Experience: * Transportation coordination: 5 years (Preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
