Preventive maintenance of the vehicle and incident reporting. **Education:** Completed high school. **Experience:** 2 years **Desirable:** Defensive driving or safe driving courses. Basic knowledge of vehicle preventive maintenance. Basic knowledge of inventory control and delivery documentation. **Job Mission:** To safely and promptly transport goods on local and external routes, ensuring correct product delivery, inventory control at each receipt and delivery, and proper care of the transportation vehicle. * Transport finished products to local and external routes by safely operating the assigned vehicle, following established logistics planning and respecting delivery timelines. * Assist in loading and unloading products at origin and destination points, verifying proper product handling during manipulation. * Verify delivered and received goods against corresponding inventory records or documentation, validating quantities and product condition. * Manage returns of goods, receiving and recording product returns when necessary, verifying conditions and reporting incidents to the responsible person. * Document delivery evidence, collecting information via photographs, stamps, and other means. * Report travel expenses, recording and reporting expenses incurred during trips, submitting receipts and reports to the relevant department. * Collaborate in warehouse operational activities, including goods organization, inventory support, and product control. * Participate in inventory reviews and counts when required, verifying quantities and reporting discrepancies. * Maintain the vehicle in appropriate condition, performing basic cleaning and preventive maintenance on the assigned vehicle, reporting any anomalies or service needs. * Promptly report any incidents occurring during transportation, delivery, or handling of goods before making operational decisions.
