Requirements: * Proven experience operating cranes. * Class B driver's license or preferably a valid federal license. * Flexible availability for working hours. * Knowledge of handling operations and operational safety. * Responsible, punctual, and committed. * Age range: 25\-35 years old. * Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team. Responsibilities: * Safe operation of crane during loading, unloading, and maneuvering. * Basic inspection of the unit before and after operation. * Compliance with safety measures. * Assistance in moving and transporting materials/equipment. * Reporting of malfunctions or incidents.
