




Job Summary: This administrative assistant role focuses on inventory management, goods receipt and validation, and billing processing to ensure efficient control. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages the receipt and validation of goods at the branch. 2. Controls and conducts physical and cyclic warehouse inventories. 3. Processes billing and delivery for customer order fulfillment. Requirements: Administrative Assistant * Receive physical goods from CEDIS Hermosillo at Mazatlán Branch, * Validate physical goods transfer records against the Abacusi system. * Clarify discrepancies in goods receipt with CEDIS Hermosillo, if any occur. * Control physical warehouse inflows and outflows. * Conduct monthly physical inventories compared against theoretical inventory. * Conduct daily cyclic inventories, ensuring full coverage of all existing stock codes across warehouses (general, seizure, balances, etc.) as a best practice in control. * Assign storage locations for balances and seized items. * Create shipments and reconcile weights, prices, equivalences, etc., against order fulfillment. * Issue invoice(s). * Deliver invoices to drivers (operations) for customer order fulfillment
