Position Summary: We are seeking a Collections Agent to conduct in-person collections, negotiate with clients, perform home verifications, and manage overdue portfolios. Key Highlights: 1. Ongoing training At Financiera Independencia, 32 years of experience and over 300 branches nationwide support us. We are seeking a Collections Agent. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., and Saturdays, 8:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. ́ Responsibilities: In-person collections, client negotiation, home verification, generation and follow-up of payment commitments, management of overdue portfolios. : * Completed high school (preferred). * Must own a motorcycle or vehicle (mandatory) / Valid driver’s license (mandatory). * Experience in recovering accounts with early or charged-off delinquency (preferred). * Knowledge of the city / Results-oriented. * Minimum monthly salary expectation of $20,000. : * Base salary ($9,451 monthly, paid biweekly). * Monthly training bonus of $1,000.00 MXN (for 2 months). * Excellent uncapped commission structure (explained during interview). * Weekly gasoline allowance ($350.00 MXN). * IMSS (100% contribution from day one). * Statutory benefits (year-end bonus, vacation, vacation premium, INFONAVIT, and FONACOT). * Enhanced benefits (life insurance, accident insurance, employee loans at preferential rates, uniforms). * Ongoing training \#collectionsagent \#collections \#income \#highcommissions \#collectionsmanager
