Description

Job Summary: Import Coordinator with experience in integrating and reviewing documentation files, tracking shipments, and coordinating with customs agents. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in integrating import documentation files 2. Coordination of international shipments and customs agents 3. Verification of compliance with customs regulations Main Responsibilities • Integrate and review import documentation files (invoices, customs entries, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates, etc.). • Track international shipments (maritime, air, or land). • Coordinate with customs agents, suppliers, and carriers. • Validate information in systems (tariff classifications, values, taxes). • Support preparation and review of customs entries. • Monitor customs clearance status. • Control and archive physical/digital documents. • Verify compliance with non-tariff regulations and restrictions. • Support reconciliation of import costs. • Update databases and reports.
