




**General Information** * **Position:** Maintenance Supervisor * **Area:** Operations / Maintenance * **Reports to:** Operations Supervisor / Club Manager * **Supervises:** Maintenance operators and external providers **Job Objective** Ensure the proper functioning, safety, and preservation of club facilities (pool, sports courts, lighting, air conditioning systems, event rooms, gym, and common areas) through planning, coordination, supervision, and execution of preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance programs. **Functions and Responsibilities** * Develop, implement, and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance programs for facilities, equipment, and services. * Coordinate, supervise, and carry out maintenance tasks for: * Pools and filtration/chlorination systems. * Sports courts (tennis, padel, soccer, etc.). * Interior and exterior lighting. * Air conditioning, electrical, and plumbing systems. * Gym and event rooms. * Respond immediately to fault reports and emergencies. * Manage inventory of spare parts, pool chemicals, materials, and tools. * Coordinate and evaluate external specialized maintenance providers. * Monitor compliance with safety, hygiene regulations, and club rules. * Generate incident reports, completed work, costs, and maintenance budgets. * Identify and propose infrastructure improvements, energy efficiency, and equipment lifespan extension. * Supervise assigned personnel, assign tasks, and evaluate performance. * Assist in preparing facilities for social and sports events. **Requirements** * **Education:** Technician or Engineer in Industrial Maintenance, Electromechanics, Electrical, Mechanical, Refrigeration, or related field. * **Experience:** 3–5 years in maintenance of sports, recreational, hotel, or similar facilities; at least 2 years supervising staff. * **Knowledge:** * Electricity, plumbing, and hydraulic installations. * Maintenance of air conditioning systems. * Handling of pool chemicals and equipment. * Maintenance of sports courts and green areas. * Industrial and environmental safety regulations. * Basic Office suite and maintenance management software (desirable). **Competencies and Skills** * Leadership and personnel management. * Organization, planning, and control. * Analytical and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work under pressure and in emergency situations. * Clear and assertive communication. * Proactivity and focus on continuous improvement. **Working Conditions** * **Schedule:** Full-time, with availability for on-call shifts, weekends, or special events.
