**Occupational Physician – La Tijera, Jalisco**
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor's degree in **Medicine and Surgery**, **graduated and holding a professional license.**
* **Minimum 2 years of experience** as an Occupational Physician in companies.
* Experience in **Industrial Safety and Hygiene.**
* Must have worked with **workforces exceeding 300 employees.**
* **Desirable:** ability to drive and possession of a valid driver’s license.

**Work location:** *La Tijera, Jalisco.*
**Main responsibilities:**
* Develop and implement **accident prevention plans and programs**, based on causal analysis.
* Ensure plant personnel are in **optimal health conditions** to perform their duties.
* Conduct **pre-employment, periodic, and annual medical examinations.**
* **Attend to occupational accidents** and follow up on their causes.
* Monitor **disabilities and employee reintegration.**
* Comply with and monitor the **occupational health program.**
* Conduct **job-specific risk assessments** and propose preventive actions.
* Participate in the **Safety and Hygiene Committee.**
* **Train emergency response teams** and staff in first aid, health, and accident prevention.
* Maintain communication with **IMSS, Ministry of Health, hospitals, and other institutions.**
* Supervise proper use of **personal protective equipment (PPE).**
* Organize the **Health Week** and preventive campaigns.
* Manage **first-aid kits, medications, and absenteeism indicators.**
* Support the **Human Resources and Food Safety** departments on matters related to health and safety.
