**Objective:** Ensure the proper mechanical and electrical operation of production area processes (machinery and equipment) **Activities:** * Electrical and Mechanical Maintenance * Preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical equipment, installations, and industrial motors * Perform visual inspections for diagnosis and fault detection * Interpret trends and perform calibration * Replace motors and electrical parts * Work with low and medium voltage systems * Use of multimeter * Conduct tests on machinery and equipment with electrical components and/or systems * Read and interpret electrical schematics and diagrams * Measurement instruments * Power and control panels * Knowledge of industrial electrical installations and industrial safety * Mechanical knowledge **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree or technical career in Electricity, Electromechanics, or related field * Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position * Reside in areas adjacent to the company (Culiacán, Sinaloa) * Availability for learning and work schedule Job type: Full-time, Temporary or project-based Salary: $14,000.00 - $17,000.00 per month Benefits: * Transportation assistance or service * Company parking * Employee referral program * Life insurance * Dining facility service * Free uniforms * Grocery vouchers Workplace: On-site
