Generate demand, ensure proper implementation of solutions, and strengthen brand presence in the channel, enhancing customer experience and boosting commercial conversion of core categories. **A day in the life of…** * Drive demand generation in the channel: achieve profitable growth by increasing Nestlé product turnover at PAC points of sale through frequent visits, technical-commercial support, and activation execution aligned to each customer's profile, ensuring repurchase, strengthening brand presence, and achieving volume targets in the channel. * Design and implement customized culinary proposals for PAC customers: create value-added solutions integrating Nestlé products adapted to the customer’s profile, developing recipes, menus, and best operational practices to guarantee their effective implementation at points of sale, improve business profitability, and promote end-customer loyalty. * Continuously train customers and distributor sales teams: provide technical and commercial training on the product portfolio, trends, and PAC culinary solutions through in-person and virtual sessions, practical demonstrations, and educational materials to ensure correct usage, strengthen sales team knowledge, and improve point-of-sale execution. * Identify business opportunities and drive co-creation projects with customers: detect specific needs and opportunity areas in current or potential customers through diagnostic visits, active listening, and pilot tests to co-develop solutions that translate into new business, operational improvements, or competitive differentiation in the market. * Ensure proper execution and visibility of the Nestlé brand at PAC points of sale: verify the presence, correct use, and alignment of branding and promotional materials at points of sale through audits and tracking tools, aiming to guarantee a consistent brand experience, increase customer recognition, and reinforce Nestlé's positioning in the channel. **What will make you successful...** * Experience in direct customer service in Food Services. Minimum of 2 years working in hotel, banquet, or restaurant kitchens, in both savory and pastry cooking, with expertise in recipe development and costing, inventory control, staff management, and customer service, to understand their operational dynamics, real needs, and operational challenges. * Experience implementing culinary solutions or providing technical kitchen advisory (experience in culinary developments using products or solutions for food service designed to optimize time, standardize processes, reduce costs, and train personnel), either in roles such as chef, culinary technician, or product advisor. * Experience with digital tools (experience conducting presentations or working with distributors, understanding their operations, supporting indirect sales teams, and aligning joint execution). * Bachelor's degree in Gastronomy, Food and Beverage Business Administration, Food Engineering, Food Technology, Nutrition with a commercial focus, Business Administration, Marketing, Food and Beverage Technician, or Associate Professional in Gastronomy. * Intermediate Office skills and certification in Food Handling (Distintivo H).
