In this position, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all purchases necessary for the efficient operation of the company. Your role involves identifying, negotiating with, and selecting suppliers, as well as managing inventory and controlling budgets. Your key responsibilities will include developing purchasing strategies to maximize efficiency and reduce costs, evaluating and selecting suppliers, and managing relationships with them. Additionally, you must oversee the ordering and receipt process of goods, ensuring products meet quality standards and arrive on time. 3 to 5 years of experience in light automotive maintenance procurement and management of mechanical and body repair services is required. \- Handling purchase orders with open or variable cost structures. \- Negotiating with mechanical, electrical, sheet metal, and painting workshops. \- Validating technical diagnoses and quotations. \- Managing fleet repair timelines. \- Analyzing billing evidence and discrepancies. \- Experience with any ERP or procurement platforms.
