




Position Summary: We are seeking an Industrial Engineer to validate the quality of raw materials and products, participate in continuous improvement and audits, and manage the document control system in the automotive industry. Join our team!! **Job Requirements:** * Age: 23 years or older. * Education: Graduated Industrial Engineer and/or intern. * Experience: 1 year * Knowledge of: Microsoft Office Suite, management systems, ISO 9001, Quality, SAP. Core Tools preferred. * Personal attributes: Organized, responsible, proactive, analytical **Position Objective:** To validate the quality of raw materials, work-in-process products, and finished products of the organization, as well as customer returns; to consistently participate in process continuous improvement; and to ensure compliance with internal, external, and supplier audits. **Responsibilities:** * Inspect the quality of our inputs upon receipt. * Inspect the quality of products during production. * Confirm the quality of products shipped to our customers. * Issue evaluation reports for returned products. * Identify and optimize organizational processes (operational and administrative). * Actively participate as an internal auditor (ISO 9001). * Document procedures, manuals, work instructions, and forms. * Participate in external audit receptions. * Maintain the organization’s document management system up to date. * Calibrate monitoring and measuring equipment. * Consistently participate in occupational health and safety activities, such as drills, safety walkthroughs, trainings, improvement proposals, audits, etc. Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Up to $13,132.80 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Additional vacation days or paid leave Work Location: On-site employment
