Transportation support to the hotel. * **Work schedule**: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM or 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (to be confirmed), plus half-day Saturdays. * **Work location**: Dreams Estrella del Mar Hotel, Camino A La Isla De Piedra Km 10, 82000\. Very close to General Rafael Buelna International Airport. **What We Are Looking For:** * 1 year of experience as: Technical Support, Help Desk, Service Desk, Systems Assistant, Systems Analyst, Telco Engineer, Telecommunications Consultant, Field Services, or Field Support. * Availability for field support across multiple locations for network implementation, configuration, and support — including APs, cabling, devices, etc. Valid driver’s license required. * Minimum 1 year of experience with LAN/WAN/VLAN networks, handling of 2.4 GHz / 5 GHz frequencies, site surveys, heat maps, topologies, equipment configuration, network change implementation, etc. Knowledge of Access Points, Routers, Switches, Wireless systems, Codecs, Modems, etc. * Familiarity with brands such as Cisco or Brocade; Ruckus or Brocade antennas focused on Wi-Fi. * 6 months of basic Firewall knowledge (administration, support, configuration, ticket creation), with hands-on experience using brands such as Fortinet, SonicWall, Juniper, etc. * 6 months to 1 year of structured cabling installation and support (basic tool usage, installation, maintenance, and support). * Experience identifying faults, root causes, equipment replacement, and new installations. * Evidence reporting, activity documentation, and third-party escalation. * Appropriate customer service orientation. **Desired Education Level:** Higher education \- incomplete **Desired Experience Level:** Entry-level **Departmental Function:** Technology / Internet **Industry:** Telecommunications **Skills:** * LAN/WLAN/VLAN/IP networking basics * Firewall/FW security/VPN * WAN routing/router/switch * Wireless access support * Cisco AP/TCP monitoring *This vacancy originates from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j\_id\=69e1229b7700003b002ffaed\&source\=indeed*
