**3-month temporary vacancy** **REQUIREMENTS** * Experience: 2 to 3 years in construction sites, installations, construction * Education: Engineering degree preferred * Availability for schedule and relocation * Knowledge of HVAC **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Monitoring construction schedule versus progress. * Effective communication with internal and external clients. * Daily photographic reports. * Monitoring daily progress. Personnel management (schedules, productivity). * Inspection of refrigeration equipment integrity. Preparation of site documentation (isometrics). * Quality inspections of installations versus current drawings and specifications. * Monitoring mechanical, sanitary, electrical, control, and assembly installations according to current company, client specifications, and drawings. * Collect quality control approvals (attendance, weld cuts, pressurization, reception, equipment quality, attendance lists, isometrics). * Inventory monitoring, as well as reviewing material requests on site. * Documenting all incidents in logs, emails, and reporting formats. * Handover of refrigeration installations to service team and/or client maintenance within a maximum of 15 days after system startup. **WE OFFER: $24K gross + Statutory Benefits + per diems.
