Position Summary: We are seeking an Operations Manager focused on major medical expense insurance, life insurance, and personal insurance to lead a team and improve processes. Key Highlights: 1. Lead and develop the People area team 2. Supervise quotations, policy issuance, renewals, and endorsements 3. Implement process improvements for the area We seek an Operations Manager with expertise in major medical expense insurance, life insurance, and personal insurance who actively participates in operations and administration. Key Responsibilities: Lead and develop the People area team; supervise quotations, policy issuance, renewals, and endorsements; manage enrollments, terminations, and changes in group policies; implement process improvements for the area.
