Maintenance of a clean and orderly work environment **Who Are We?** ***Nueva Clínica Santa María*** is a private hospital offering patients and medical staff high-quality care with dignified and warm treatment in state-of-the-art facilities, supported by trained personnel specializing in advanced medical care. **What Are We Looking For?** A professional in the field of ***Pharmacy***. **Job Objective:** To dispense medications and health supplies to various departments of the institution under optimal conditions and in full compliance with current regulations, providing friendly and high-quality service. **PHARMACY ASSISTANT** **Responsibilities:** - Process nursing requisition slips - Check expiration dates of medications prior to dispensing - Promptly notify immediate supervisor of medication stock shortages in the area for timely procurement - Promptly notify immediate supervisor of unmet demand cases for timely procurement - Report any improper activities observed within the pharmacy - Conduct daily selective inventories to monitor medications - Record all activities in corresponding logs and tabulation sheets for proper medication control - Maintain organized custody of dispensed, pending, and canceled prescriptions during the shift—or per internal protocols - Keep the work area clean and orderly - And other duties as assigned **Requirements:** - Experience in pharmacy and handling of medications - Proactivity - Must be of legal age - Flexible availability for work schedules - Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Biology (preferred) - Tax status certificate and all required documentation in order **We Offer:** Work schedule: Monday through Sunday, with rest day to be determined Flexible schedule availability Afternoon shift: 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM Statutory benefits from the first day of employment Monthly salary of $9,450.00 MXN Bi-weekly payment Discounts or preferential pricing in cafeteria/kitchen areas Major medical expense insurance (subject to availability) Etc.
