




A leading national consumer goods company is seeking: * **Fleet Coordinator.** **Purpose:** Ensure the proper mechanical and documentation operation of the assigned fleet, guaranteeing compliance with processes and policies by both the coordinator and each associated driver, including follow-up on incidents involving vehicle operators. Responsible for managing the assigned budget, ensuring timely impact on CEDIS operations, periods, and accounting. As well as managing suppliers (Automotive Workshops, Agents, etc.) Responsible for successful execution of cost-saving (DiB) and/or growth projects related to the fleet. **Job Responsibilities:** · Ensure automotive workshop providers meet quality and cost standards for all work performed. · Enforce compliance with all processes and policies affecting the fleet. · Guarantee vehicle availability to prevent routes from being canceled due to lack of vehicles. · Maintain an updated and accurate inventory within the platform designated by the business. · Ensure compliance with state requirements (vehicle tax payments, inspections, and others). · Follow up on cargo permit processing with support from associates. · Efficiently manage the assigned budget. · Comply with preventive maintenance programs for each vehicle (tune-ups, tire changes, etc.). · Ensure each vehicle has complete, available, and valid documentation (Circulation Card, Insurance Policy, Inspection Certificate, Cargo Permit, Driver's License). · Ensure each vehicle has sufficient fuel allocation based on its logical/actual route and objective/actual fuel efficiency. · Analyze and follow up on the application of the company-defined consequences system in case of any incident. · Follow up on cage deployment according to each region (turnkey project). · Monitor implementation of driving evaluations. · Onboard new hires (GTES, LDV, Sales Representatives). · Follow up on fumigation program execution. · Ensure proper functioning of GPS devices. · Monitor completion of checklists for each vehicle. · Effectively close tickets according to priorities or established criteria, based on the contracted platform. **Requirements:** Experience: 2\-4 years in a similar role or function. Bachelor’s degree / Engineering degree. Willingness to travel. Residence in Culiacán. **We Offer:** Attractive base salary. Savings fund.
