Prepare executive projects aligned with local and federal regulations, timely managing adjustments arising from institutional requirements, strategic directives, or site conditions. **Key Responsibilities** * Coordinate architectural and technical design for building and urban development projects. * Integrate architectural plans with infrastructure engineering: electrical, hydraulic, and sanitary systems. * Develop executive projects in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. * Manage technical modifications resulting from institutional requests, directives, or site conditions. * Verify compatibility between drawings, technical specifications, and civil works criteria. * Prepare technical reports, descriptive summaries, and documentation for bidding or project execution. * Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and sustainability standards in design.
