Opportunity for commercial development and customer prospecting. **Job Objective** Provide specialized technical support for Volvo Penta and Suzuki marine engines and equipment. Additionally, contribute to the company’s commercial development by identifying and serving new customers to promote marine technical services. **Main Responsibilities** * Provide specialized technical support for Suzuki and Volvo Penta service. * Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults in marine engines. * Perform repairs, adjustments, corrections, and verifications on Volvo Penta and Suzuki marine engines, systems, and propulsion equipment. * Carry out assembly, installation, commissioning, and operational testing of Volvo Penta equipment, ensuring performance, safety, and proper functionality. * Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance; execute maintenance services, including oil, lubricant, and filter replacements, etc. * Conduct site visits and prospect potential new customers, promoting and offering diagnostic, repair, preventive, and corrective maintenance services for vessels and marine equipment. **Required Education:** Technical degree in Naval Mechanics, Diesel Mechanics, Electromechanics, Automotive Mechanics, Marine Mechanics, or related field. **Required Experience:** 2–3 years of experience in maintenance and repair of marine engines, diesel engines, or marine propulsion equipment. *Field technical support and customer service experience is desirable.* **Specific Experience** * Diagnosis and repair of mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults in Suzuki and Volvo Penta marine engines. * Preventive and corrective maintenance of vessels and propulsion equipment. * Use of diagnostic tools and interpretation of technical manuals. * Preparation of technical reports and service orders. * On-site customer service and follow-up. * Experience in prospecting and developing new customers is desirable. **Required Knowledge** * General and marine mechanics, diesel and gasoline engines. * Marine electrical and electronic systems. * Interpretation of electrical diagrams and technical manuals. * Preventive and corrective maintenance. * Diagnostic tools and equipment. * Basic proficiency in Office software and service management systems. * Familiarity with Volvo Penta and Suzuki brands. **Required Skills** * Effective communication * Customer attention and service. * Proactivity and initiative. * Ability to negotiate and conduct commercial prospecting.
