




* Human Resources Assistant with solid experience in recruitment processes, management of employment records, and documentation handling within the area. Highly motivated professional with a strong attitude toward growth and continuous learning. Capable of efficiently managing multiple tasks and providing agile solutions in a dynamic work environment. * Coordination of talent attraction processes and hiring campaigns. * Posting and monitoring job openings on employment portals, social media, job fairs, university job boards, and agreements with institutions. * Resume screening, telephone and in-person interviews, administration of psychometric and technical tests. * Coordination of interviews with department heads and candidate follow-up throughout the entire process. * Generation of vacancy progress reports and recruitment KPIs. * Compilation of employee files and submission of documentation for system registration. * Physical and digital control and filing of personnel records. * Verification of required documents for hiring (INE, CURP, NSS, proof of address, etc.). * Intermediate Excel skills (databases, candidate tracking, reporting). **Key Competencies:** * Ability to work under pressure and results-oriented. * Effective communication and courteous interaction with candidates. * Organization and timely follow-up. * Proactivity, commitment, and service mindset. * Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
