Job Summary: We are seeking an analytical and responsible professional to manage piece-rate payroll pre-processing, ensuring accurate validation and recording of production. Key Highlights: 1. Manage the end-to-end piece-rate payroll pre-processing and auditing process. 2. Ensure project traceability and administrative closure. 3. Coordinate interdepartmentally to resolve discrepancies. **Job Description:** We are looking for a person with strong analytical ability and a high sense of responsibility to manage the **piece-rate payroll pre-processing** process at our plant. Your primary mission will not merely be data entry, but rather auditing and validating that every kilogram of steel produced corresponds accurately to the payment due to our operational staff (rebar installers, welders, and painters). **Key Responsibilities:** * **Weekly Payroll Pre-Processing Generation:** Perform comprehensive calculations of each worker’s earnings every Friday, linking quantities of parts and kilograms produced to their respective codes and rates. * **Field Audit:** Receive and validate physical documentation (handwritten forms) from production supervisors. * **Traceability Management in Monday.com:** Ensure every fabricated component is registered in the system with its correct code and weight, enabling real-time visibility into the actual status of each project. * **Interdepartmental Communication:** Coordinate with department heads to resolve discrepancies in progress reports. * **Project Administrative Closure:** Close out each project, ensuring 100% of fabricated components have been properly recorded and paid. **Required Profile:** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * **Tool Proficiency:** **Google Sheets and Excel (Intermediate \- Advanced):** Proficiency in lookup formulas and cloud-based collaborative work. * **Monday.com:** Familiarity with board and workflow management is desirable. * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year in cost control, payroll pre-processing, accounting assistance, or production control (construction/steel industry preferred). * **Competencies:** Strong analytical capability, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent communication skills with both plant and office personnel. * **Profile:** Highly analytical individual with a “clinical eye” for numbers and firm communication skills when interacting with supervisory staff.
