This is a full\-time, work\-from\-home position based in Mazatlán, Sinaloa, Mexico, with strong growth potential for the right person. Position Details \- Title: Remote Executive Assistant – Mortgage Company \- Location: Must reside in Mazatlán, Sinaloa, Mexico \- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 hours per day (full\-time) \- Employment type: Remote, work from home \- Starting salary: 24,000 MXN per month to 30,000MXN per month Key Responsibilities \- Manage and organize the executive’s calendar. \- Schedule, confirm, and follow up on appointments and meetings. \- Make a often outbound “power calls” to leads and contacts. \- Convert inbound and outbound leads into booked appointments and opportunities. \- Maintain excellent communication with clients, partners, and team members by phone, email, and text. \- Keep tasks, deadlines, and follow\-ups organized and up to date. \- Manage and post on office social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, etc.). \- Create marketing flyers and simple graphics using Canva or similar tools. Sales and Phone Skills \- Strong salesmanship and ability to build rapport quickly over the phone. \- Comfortable making a large number of calls per day and following structured call scripts when needed. \- Confident handling objections, asking good questions, and moving conversations toward a clear next step (appointments, applications, or follow\-ups). \- Phone experience in sales, customer service, call center, or similar roles is highly valued.
