For new projects at the San Francisco del Rincón plant, we are seeking an individual who can make a difference, and we invite you to join us as: **IT TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEER** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Degree in Systems Engineering or related field * Knowledge of SQL databases * Knowledge of UNIX/LINUX operating systems **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * User support for systems, account creation, request/granting of network folder and application permissions, permission management * Antivirus installation, virus detection and removal * Installation and support of voice and data services via network * Performing scheduled maintenance for IT equipment * Executing data backup/recovery procedures * Complying with system security requirements * Software and hardware installation and support * End-user support * Ensuring regular IT processes in production * Maintaining servers and network systems * Monitoring systems and equipment **WE OFFER:** * Competitive salary. * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements.
