Job Summary: We are seeking a responsible and dedicated transportation monitor to perform daily fleet tracking, generate reports, and improve vehicle utilization. Key Highlights: 1. Real-time monitoring of vehicle status and trip logging. 2. Preparation of fleet utilization reports for the General Management. 3. Identification of inactivity patterns and proposals for improvement. At FRIODELI, we seek a responsible and dedicated TRANSPORTATION MONITOR for daily fleet tracking, report generation for Management, and improvement of vehicle utilization. Responsibilities: 1. Monitor the real-time status of all vehicles. 2. Record whether each vehicle departed on a trip, its destination, and return status. 3. Document reasons for non-departure (mechanical issues, absent driver, no cargo, etc.). 4. Prepare a daily fleet utilization report for the General Management. 5. Identify inactivity patterns and propose improvements. 6. Coordinate with Traffic for trip assignment and tracking. 7. Maintain up-to-date vehicle status database. 8. Generate alerts for incidents (delays, breakdowns, route deviations).
