




***Job Title: Field Engineer*** ***Monday to Friday:*** *08:30\-19:00 hrs.* ***Saturdays:*** *08:00\-14:00 hrs* *Grocery vouchers, phone allowance, and travel expenses* ***Job Description:*** **On-site TK Support** Diagnosis, on-site handling, and resolution of project TK issues, including inspection and configuration of IT equipment to ensure proper operation within the client's business units. **Equipment Maintenance** Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment reported as incidents through the service desk. **Fault and Request Management** Diagnosis, on-site handling, and resolution of project TK issues, including inspection and configuration of IT equipment to ensure proper operation within the client's business units. **Spare Parts Installation for Incidents** Installation and configuration of equipment/spare parts from inventory for replacement and incident resolution. **Follow-up Status Reporting** Provide feedback to service desk personnel regarding the progress of TK tasks to ensure timely resolution of incidents.
