If you are looking for a dynamic, innovative job in an attractive industry, this opportunity is for you: We want to meet you! **CRM Platform Coordinator / BDC** ***Requirements:*** * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Actuarial Science, Engineering, or related field. * Experience in commercial or after-sales CRM. * Experience in automotive retail, consultative sales, or customer lifecycle management. * Knowledge of CRM platforms (Dynamics, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.). * Proficiency in funnel management, analytics (RFM, cohorts, CLTV), and dashboards. * Advanced Excel * Business orientation, analytical thinking, and cross-functional influence capability. ***Responsibilities:*** * Manage and standardize CRM across all dealerships and brands. * Administer the full sales funnel: Lead → Sale → Delivery → Retention. * Identify leaks in the sales process and activate corrective action plans. * Coordinate with BDC / Contact Center to ensure proper lead management and maturation. * Design retention, repurchase, and post-sales activation strategies. * Generate actionable commercial insights (conversion, CLTV, productivity, repurchase). * Participate in the implementation and improvement of CRM platforms (Dynamics, Salesforce, etc.). ***Skills:*** * Responsibility. * Problem solving. * Teamwork. * Time management. * Adaptability to change. ***We Offer:*** * Salary of **16k monthly before taxes** * Life insurance * Computer equipment * Statutory benefits \#nova26 Employment type: Full-time Salary: $16,000\.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
