Job Summary: We are seeking a professional with experience in surveying, estimating, and executing electromechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and civil projects, with a focus on the industrial sector. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in surveying and estimating electromechanical and civil construction projects. 2. Leadership in planning and executing industrial projects. 3. Proficiency in designing electrical and pneumatic systems. REQUIREMENTS: * **Extensive experience in surveying and estimating electromechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and/or civil construction projects.** * Minimum 3 years of experience installing electrical projects and performing general maintenance **as a contractor in the industrial sector.** * Skill in project planning and execution * Knowledge of electrical substation maintenance * Knowledge of electrical system calculation and design * Knowledge and calculation of pneumatic systems * Experience in electromechanical installations * Familiarity with STP 029 Standard (Electrical Maintenance) * Knowledge and application of NOM-001 SEDE 2012 * Intermediate English * Proficiency in AutoCAD and Office Responsibilities: * · Surveying and estimating * · Designing drawings and calculation reports * · Planning and executing projects (Gantt chart) * · Quantifying materials and tools * · Developing cost-reduction programs * · Preparing project delivery reports * · Site supervision * · Managing suppliers * Direct client interaction Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $18,000.00 - $20,000.00 per month Benefits: * Company-provided mobile phone * Complimentary uniforms * Food vouchers Education: * Completed Bachelor's degree (Mandatory) Experience: * Personnel supervision: 2 years (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site employment
