***Monterrey Telecomunicaciones Services****, a leading company in security and telecommunications solutions.* We are looking for a **Project Coordinator** with an operational focus and leadership skills. **Responsibilities:** * Manage planning, execution, and control of strategic operational projects. * Identify operational risks and propose corrective and preventive actions. * Efficiently manage human, material, and budgetary resources for the project. * Maintain constant communication with clients and suppliers to ensure objective achievement. * Actively participate in follow-up and strategic planning meetings. * Provide operational support to the Operations Manager in making key decisions. * Lead and coordinate internal and external work teams. * Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs). **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree or Engineering in: Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Business Management, or related field * **Experience in the Telecommunications industry** * Minimum **2 years** of experience (project coordination, personnel management, and KPIs) * Willingness to relocate for projects within the region and travel as required * Must reside in León, Gto. **We offer:** * Monthly salary ranging from $22,000 to $27,000 MXN (based on experience) * Timely biweekly payment * Statutory benefits * Weekly gasoline allowance * Continuous training * Courses and certifications * Career growth within the company * Job stability **Working hours:** * Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM * Saturdays: 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM **Offices:** C.
