Job Summary: We are seeking a responsible and proactive Event Technical Operator to execute and supervise municipal, corporate, and private events, providing support across various setup and operational tasks. Grupo Produce Comunicación, a leading event production company, seeks to include a responsible and proactive Event Technical Operator on our team for the **execution** and **supervision** of municipal, corporate, and private events. Responsibilities: * Event setup and teardown. * Installation of backdrops, structures, and tarpaulin tensioning. * Stage assembly. * Loading and unloading of equipment. * Support in basic audiovisual equipment operation. * On-site supervision of setups. * Direct client service and interaction during events. * Coordination of support staff for events (when applicable). * Support for various types of events when no municipal activities are scheduled. Requirements: * Minimum education: Completed high school. * Experience in event setup (preferred). * Basic knowledge of audiovisual equipment. * Valid driver’s license (mandatory). * Flexible schedule availability. Skills: * Proactive and responsible. * Strong service-oriented attitude. * Ability to resolve on-site issues. * Ease of interaction with clients. * Capable of working autonomously. Schedule: * Monday to Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. * Saturdays, 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. * Important: Schedule flexibility required for events.
