Lead the future of kitchen design JOB DESCRIPTION **KITCHEN DESIGN AND ENGINEERING LEAD** ------------------------------------------- Location: San Juan de Dios, León de los Aldama, Guanajuato A well-established, leading company in León, Gto., specializing in contract manufacturing, production, and installation of high-quality woodworking. **Position Description:** We are looking for a Kitchen Design and Engineering Lead with at least 5 years of proven experience in developing and managing serial kitchen furniture projects. **Key Responsibilities:** Develop and coordinate serial kitchen design projects, ensuring maximum functionality, impeccable aesthetics, and technical feasibility for manufacturing. Supervise and mentor a team of designers. **Job Requirements:** Completed bachelor's degree. Minimum Experience: At least 5 years of verifiable experience in kitchen design, woodworking furniture, and/or serial product engineering. Proficiency in Promob Cut Pro (mandatory). Materials and Processes: In-depth knowledge of materials, hardware, finishes, and manufacturing techniques. Serial Design: applied to woodworking and kitchen furniture in developing designs optimized for serial production, Coordination Skills: Proven ability to lead teams, coordinate multidisciplinary projects, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Results Orientation: Focus on achieving objectives, meeting deadlines, and maintaining quality standards. **We Offer**: Competitive Compensation: Monthly gross salary ranging from $50,000 to $70,000 MXN, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
