Job Description:
**Objective of the Position “Fleet Coordinator (Administration and Follow-up)”:**
To control, analyze, and follow up on vehicle user reports to ensure appropriate resolution regarding: maintenance, accidents, traffic violations, insurance, administrative procedures, among others.
**Key Responsibilities:**
· Timely handling of active reports.
· Creation of new reports.
· Handling of: emails, phone calls, and messages.
· Vehicle monitoring via platform (GPS).
· Daily follow-up on reports with suppliers and users.
· Scheduling service appointments, vehicle releases, and other related activities with suppliers and users.
**Requirements:**
· Age: Over 25 years old.
· Education: Certified high school diploma. (Bachelor’s degree in progress preferred)
· PC proficiency (Intermediate)
**Compensation:**
· Net monthly base salary: $15,000\.00 MXN
