Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree. Work location: León, Gto. (with availability to travel to Querétaro City) Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in personnel management; leadership skills; general knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic fittings and hoses, and machining (CNC). Main responsibilities: Ensure delivered orders meet deadlines and specifications by managing related processes (procurement, inventory, production) Position type: Full-time Salary: $20,000.00 - $22,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract Work location: On-site employment
