Stable, inclusive work environment focused on well-being **OPEN POSITION \| BILLING ANALYST** **León, Gto., Mexico (ECODELI Corporate Office)** *We are looking for a proactive, results-oriented individual with genuine enthusiasm to grow within the Billing area.* **Job Objective:** Responsible for reviewing and issuing accurate and timely invoices to customers, tracking purchase orders, confirming pricing in quotations, resolving billing disputes, generating sales reports, and reconciling with accounting. **Main Functions and Responsibilities:** * Invoice Issuance: Issue, validate, and send invoices to customers * Reconciliation: Verify quantities, prices, discounts, and payment terms against purchase orders. * Incident Management: Investigate and resolve inconsistencies, discrepancies, or billing disputes. * Customer Support: Respond to inquiries related to invoices and payments. * Recordkeeping and Control: Maintain up-to-date and complete records of all billing transactions and accounts receivable. * Collaboration: Coordinate with sales, logistics, and accounting to ensure billing accuracy versus service budget, **Profile and Common Requirements:** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field * Experience: Minimum 3 years in a similar role * Technical Skills: Proficiency in billing software (e.g., ERP), intermediate Excel, and knowledge of current tax regulations. * Competencies: Frustration tolerance, high attention to detail, analytical ability, effective communication, and organizational skills ### **We Offer** **Salary: $14,000 MXN monthly net** **Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM; Saturday, 9:00 AM–2:00 PM** **Statutory benefits from day one** **Opportunity for professional growth and development** **Stable, inclusive work environment focused on well-being**
