Customer service and follow-up with insurance company supervisors An automotive sector company is currently looking for a **HyP Advisor** **Requirements:** * Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position * Knowledge of damaged vehicle appraisal * Proficiency in managing insurance company portals * High school diploma or technical degree (preferred) * Strong communication and customer service skills **Responsibilities:** * Receiving damaged vehicles * Preparing and tracking appraisals * Managing and servicing insurance company portals * Customer service and follow-up with insurance company supervisors * Monitoring and updating repair status **We Offer:** * Base salary: $13,000 per month (base salary\+ commissions) * Statutory benefits from day one * Timely payment * Job stability **Location:** South León **Position Type:** Full-time Interested candidates may apply through this channel.
