Store Manager

Description

We are seeking a proactive, dynamic **Store Manager** with a strong focus on customer service and operational control. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the proper operation of the branch, ensuring achievement of daily and weekly sales targets, and coordinating the sales floor team to maintain our brand’s operational and visual standards. Key Responsibilities * **Sales Supervision:** Motivate the team to achieve business goals, identify cross-selling opportunities, and ensure excellent customer service. * **Inventory Control:** Coordinate and participate in merchandise receiving, cycle counts, stock audits, and shrinkage control. * **Daily Operations:** Perform store opening and closing procedures, ensure proper functioning of the point-of-sale (POS) system, conduct cash reconciliations, and prepare bank deposits. * **Staff Coordination:** Organize team schedules and roles (sales associates and cashiers), and train new staff on store processes. * **Visual Merchandising:** Ensure the store is clean, organized, and displays products correctly, with accurate labeling and up-to-date pricing per company guidelines. Requirements * **Experience:** Minimum of 1–2 years as a store supervisor or shift manager in retail (e.g., apparel, footwear, supermarkets, convenience stores, or similar). * **Education:** Completed technical high school diploma, technical degree, or bachelor’s degree. * **Skills:** Customer orientation, operational leadership, integrity, teamwork, and real-time problem solving. * **Knowledge:** Intermediate proficiency in POS systems (cash registers), banking terminals, and basic computer tools (Word, Excel). * **Availability:** Flexible schedule, including weekends.
