Leadership and Operational Continuity** * **Strategic Support:** Assist the *Hub Leader* in comprehensive shift supervision, ensuring uninterrupted operations and strict adherence to cut-off times. * **Regulatory Compliance:** Ensure full compliance with security policies, inventory control procedures, and current operational regulations during nighttime hours. ### **2\. Talent and Resource Management** * **Personnel Coordination:** Organize the operations team to ensure adequate staffing at the right time for **unloading, sorting, and loading** stages. * **Operational Efficiency:** Optimize human resource allocation based on incoming cargo volume. ### **3\. Quality Control and Performance (KPIs)** * **Productivity Monitoring:** Supervise key indicators (scanning efficiency and productivity per person) to identify bottlenecks. * **Continuous Improvement:** Implement immediate process adjustments to enhance the nighttime team’s performance. ### **4\.
