This is your opportunity to join STRATTEC as a QUALITY AUDITOR. **Job Objective**: Conduct SPC testing, monitor process discrepancies, halt production in case of discrepancies, communicate discrepancies to the Quality Technician and/or Quality Engineer, and maintain updated control charts. **Requirements**: * Completed secondary education * Proficiency in Microsoft Office * Minimum 6 months of experience in the quality field * Availability to work Monday through Friday from 12:30 AM to 6:30 AM and Saturday from 12:00 AM to 6:00 AM * Residence near Colinas de León Industrial Park **Responsibilities** * Apply High Quality Stop and NCR procedures * Daily filing of chart formats * Audit in-process rework (rework procedure) * Communicate discrepancies to the Quality Technician and/or Quality Engineer * Control archiving of control chart records and chart checklists * Operation of measurement equipment * Identify non-conforming products and approve conforming ones * Conduct SPC testing * Perform tests per chart checklists * Timely report discrepancies occurring during the production process via daily final inspection report * Take action on out-of-control or out-of-specification points * Verify product quality status during the production process using inspection instructions and procedures that meet customer requirements * Verify existence of operation instructions **Competencies**: * Teamwork This position is located at Plant 4, situated in Colinas de León Industrial Park, where the plant’s primary activity is the production and painting of automotive electronic components such as interior, exterior, and pillar handles.
