Job Summary: We are seeking a Quality Analyst to supervise and evaluate quality at our automotive dealership, develop action plans, and identify improvements. Key Highlights: 1. Apply KAIZEN methodology and quality programs **We are looking for a Quality Analyst for our automotive dealership** In this role, you will be responsible for supervising and evaluating quality at our dealership. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Recent graduate in Administration, Human Capital, Industrial Engineering, or related field * Ability to relocate to the northern area of the city (near Plaza Palmas) * One year of experience in a similar position, preferably in quality **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Develop action plans for audits. * Knowledge and application of KAIZEN methodology * Conduct internal and external audits * Prepare minutes, documents, and dashboards for implementing new objectives * Identify improvements in established processes. * Receive and develop action plans for complaints. **Mandatory Qualifications:** * Be organized * Have a strong sense of urgency * Customer orientation * Leadership skills * Knowledge of quality programs * Bachelor's degree preferred in Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering Join us and help elevate excellence in the automotive industry.
