Job Summary: Elektron is seeking a Technical Support professional to handle user tickets, perform preventive and corrective maintenance, and manage equipment support. Key Responsibilities: 1. User ticket handling and management 2. Preventive and corrective maintenance of computer equipment 3. Remote support and equipment replacement Elektron, an electrical materials distribution company, is looking for your talent as: Technical Support Job Location: Plan de San Luis, Conjunto Estrella, León de los Aldama, Gto. · Responsibilities: Handle user tickets Perform preventive and/or corrective maintenance on computer equipment. Inspect equipment for damage, whether hardware or software-related. Provide remote support for equipment Replace computer equipment and mobile phones. Switch support Printer installation and support Warranty administration · Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience as a Computer Technical Support, Information Security, or related role. Completed Bachelor’s degree in Systems / Computer Science. Willingness to travel outside Guanajuato. · We Offer: $15,000 gross monthly salary Weekly payment ($2,750) Statutory benefits. Savings fund.
