Attend internal customer needs and manage consumables. 2. Negotiate better purchasing terms and develop suppliers. 3. Manage incidents and control supplier advances. Responsibilities: Attend internal customer needs regarding consumables, maintenance, services, tool requests, and fixed assets. Continuously negotiate better purchasing terms. Analyze consumption trends by product type. Support supplier development and evaluation for products and services. Support supervision and updating of price lists in the system, contract renewals, and service policies. Manage and resolve incidents, warranties, and accounts payable with suppliers. Control supplier advances. Track and apply credit notes. · Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience as a Purchasing Assistant. Bachelor's degree in Economics or Business Administration.
