We are a bottling company responsible for the sale and home delivery of bottled water. **Description** * Develop effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates; * Conduct interviews and evaluations to determine candidate suitability; * Maintain accurate records of candidates and their personal data; * Verify candidates' employment references. * Carry out selection and hiring processes in accordance with company policies. * Update the internal communication board * Support events organized within the company. * Provide general support to the Human Resources department * Deliver monthly birthday gifts. **Profile** * Academic background: Student pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Human Capital, or related field; University residents or interns * Work experience: Preferred experience in recruitment and selection * We aim to build a **process documentation project and accompany it with a project of your choice.** **Specifications** * 5-hour shift * Monday–Friday, 9 AM–2 PM (flexible schedules) * Fixed day off: Sunday * Weekly financial support $$ Job Location: \*PLANT 2\* Calle principal 402, San Jose del Alto, 37545, León Gto.
