Operational staff recruitment and selection 80% 2\. Employee onboarding (contracts, files, system registrations, inductions, work equipment delivery). 3\. Employee offboarding (employment separation, final settlements, liquidations). 4\. Payroll (pre-payroll). 5\. IMSS (registrations, cancellations, modifications). 6\. Labor compliance (RIT application, policies, guidelines, handling authority requirements). 7\. Personnel request handling and follow-up. 8\. Organizational Development (organizational charts, job descriptions, organizational structure). 9\. Training and certifications. 10\. Safety and hygiene. 11\.
