




WE ARE LOOKING FOR A TREASURY ASSISTANT: Main responsibilities of a treasury assistant: * **Cash and payment management:** * Conduct petty cash counts, record income and expenses, manage payments to suppliers and payees, handle bank portals, as well as track banking transactions. **Bank reconciliation:** * Reconcile bank account balances with accounting records, identifying and correcting errors or inconsistencies. * **Documentation:** * Receive, register, and review purchase and payment orders, invoices, payment receipts, and other documents related to financial operations. * **Report preparation:** * Prepare treasury reports, financial statements, cash flow reports, and other relevant documents. * **Supplier and customer service:** * Respond to supplier and customer inquiries regarding payments and collections, as well as provide information on account statements. * **Risk control:** * Identify and assess risks related to treasury management and propose measures to mitigate those risks. * **Financial management support:** * Support the finance department in cash flow planning and management, as well as in budget preparation. * **Bank account management:** * Manage the company's bank accounts, including executing transfers, deposits, and withdrawals. * **Currency management:** * Perform foreign exchange transactions to meet the company's needs. * **Accounting support:** * Support the accounting department in managing accounts payable and receivable. **Treasury management systems handling:** * Use treasury management software and tools to carry out tasks.
