Key Responsibilities: Manage the company's daily operations. Manage the company's daily administration. Manage the company's daily collections. Coordinate with various departments to ensure operational efficiency. Analyze and report on financial matters. Manage KPIs for own department and departments under supervision. Manage and supervise compliance with established policies and regulations. · Requirements Experience in strategic planning and compliance. Previous experience as an Administration and Operations Manager in financial institutions. Knowledge of banking and financial regulations.
