A leading manufacturing company is seeking a Recruiter for its plant located at Parque Finsa Guadalupe. **Education:** Completed Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration or related field. **Job Objective:** Support the attraction, assessment, and hiring of operational staff, ensuring timely coverage of vacancies through the use of diverse recruitment sources and efficient candidate tracking throughout the selection process. **Areas of Experience:** Operational recruitment, talent attraction strategies. **Main Responsibilities:** * Search for and attract talent according to the requested profile. * Post operational job openings on job boards and social media. * Track the selection and hiring process. * Manage personnel files. * Support onboarding activities. * Support recruitment efforts at job fairs, recruitment drives, and employment fairs. * Attend to internal and external personnel. **We Offer:** * Statutory benefits * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Job Type: Full-time, Indefinite term Salary: $14,000.00 - $15,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site position
