Position Summary: Branch Manager responsible for overseeing the branch's overall operations, ensuring achievement of commercial and service objectives, and leading a team to drive business growth at HSBC Mexico. Leads the team to deliver a consistent customer experience and promote profitable business growth. Requirements. Bachelor's degree in Economics/Administration or Finance (in progress or completed) or completed high school diploma. Knowledge of existing regulations. AMIB certification. Minimum three years of experience in the financial sector. Experience in other segments (Retail, Premier, Advance). Knowledge of financial mathematics. Maximize the performance of direct reports. Strengthen customer relationships. Identify and develop new business opportunities. Working hours: Monday to Saturday. Team management. Training of branch executives. Skills. Customer- and sales-oriented. Teamwork. Results-oriented / Problem-solving. Situational management and negotiation skills. Excellent communication skills.
