Main Responsibilities Advise customers on the various credit products and services offered by Banco Azteca, promoting cross-selling. Or advise customers on the benefits and responsibilities associated with credit, identifying needs to facilitate new credit placements. Update all customer data in the system during each visit or customer contact, at least once per year. Process credit applications accurately to avoid payment delays and prevent fraud. Stay updated and trained on the products and services we offer. Promote products outside the point of sale. Productivity Indicator Management Treat customers with respect and exceed their expectations to encourage repeat business and referrals. · Ideal Candidate Profile Strong verbal communication skills. Experience managing personnel. Experience with financial indicators. Enjoyment of customer interaction. One year of experience placing financial products. Numerical aptitude. Knowledge of credit sales and telephone collections. Experience in field prospecting/cambaceo activities. Availability to rotate shifts and work weekends.
