Job Summary: This position is responsible for managing raw materials, inventory, logistics, and warehouse supervision, ensuring smooth material flow and compliance with safety requirements. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive management of raw materials and inventory. 2. Supervision of logistics and warehouse maintenance. 3. Implementation and supervision of warehouse safety measures. Raw Material Management Supply and material flow across production lines Batch identification Inventory Management Logistics Planning and Control Inspect incoming supplies to ensure they arrive undamaged Supervise maintenance of warehouse facilities, equipment, and machinery Verify that finished boxes are properly strapped, palletized, and labeled before loading onto transport vehicles Safeguard and organize cutting and printing tools to prevent damage from friction or improper stacking Keep the area free of cardboard waste and debris Conduct first-in, first-out (FIFO), outgoing, and cycle counts Review daily work orders to anticipate required materials Supplier Receipts and Shipments Shipment Preparation Generate warehouse performance reports Implement and supervise warehouse safety measures, control access, prevent theft and losses, and comply with safety regulations.
